Sebby Commercial Contracting Company Inc. is an established Northern Illinois consulting firm, with immediate expert resources to the commercial development, design, construction, and government industries.  We are a WBE-listed business and are ready to provide senior management services for the 2017 Texas, Florida, and Caribbean rebuilding from Hurricane Harvey and Irma devastation.

Sebby Technical Services, Inc provides your firm immediate expertise with property site selection, site feasibility, development due diligence, permit expediting, total project budget preparation, total scope review, A/E selection, GC & Subcontractor selection, VE with design and construction, complete facilities management & TI improvements management.
